National Bound Teams (14U-19U)
Program Refund Policy At North Shore Warhawks, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all participants in our girls' ice hockey program. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for everyone involved. Tryout & Season Fees: All registration and tryout fees are non-refundable. These fees cover a variety of pre-booked experiences and ice costs that are essential to our program. By registering, you secure a spot in our program and help us maintain our commitment to high-quality training and competitive play. Ice Costs, Tournaments Fees, Coaches' Payments and Reimbursable Expenses: We allocate a significant portion of our budget to these things to ensure our athletes receive the best possible guidance and support. As such, these costs are also non-refundable. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that life can be unpredictable. In cases of serious illness, injury, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will require appropriate documentation. Processing Fees: Any approved refunds will not refund any processing fees incurred for the original transaction. Refund Administration Fees: Any approved refunds will be subject to a processing administration fee to cover administrative costs for time spent and other handling of the request.
