Program Volunteer Commitment Policy
The Warhawks depends on the commitment and assistance of its members to operate successfully. As a volunteer-driven organization, we rely on the dedicated efforts of parents and community members to ensure the effective functioning of our club. Our goal is to collectively produce a program that operates efficiently, benefiting all involved. To facilitate this, the NSWHA is implementing a volunteer tracking system (aka “Dibs”) to keep track of hours completed by each family.
Travel and Expense Guideline
This policy is to ensure that the Club is consistent with regards to what costs are to be covered either by the Club or by the team for the coach when teams travel. The expenses covered by the Club will be reimbursed to compensated coaches within the club. Parent volunteer coaches are excluded from this policy.
